PLUS+1™ GUIDE PVED Valve Control Function Block The PVED Valve Control block allows you to easily send the valve command to the right valve. Simply input the Valve Node ID, CAN bus, Min, Max, and flow command (or float command) and the CAN message is created for you and sent directly to the proper valve. Adding the right Source Address allows the messages to remain J1939 compliant. For more info on this unique block, click here!
PLUS+1™ GUIDE PVED Valve Programming Function Block Programming PVED valves has always been a chore for system integrators since it typically entails hooking up a laptop with special software and a special CAN gateway and disconnecting all other valves from the system. With our unique function blocks, you can now program a valve from a display* or by using the service tool hooked up to the network without having to disconnect the other valves! Automatic detection of missing and replacement valves makes programming a replacement valve as easy as pushing a button!* For more info on this unique block, click here! Company ProfileLogical Control Concepts, LLC was started in 2005 by Scott Jones, founder and President, in the basement of his home. Scott has vast experience integrating hydraulics with electronic controls in a wide variety of industries and all around the world. In 2005, he noticed there was a gap in integration of computer control with hydraulic systems, especially in the mobile market, so he decided to fill that gap and has done very well ever since. Through the many Sauer-Danfoss PLUS+1™ GUIDE applications he has produced, Scott has become known worldwide as the expert in GUIDE programming, and is well respected for his skills both within and outside of Sauer-Danfoss. Recently, Logical Controls designed an integrated system for oceanic sonobouy deployment and retrieval using ten Sauer-Danfoss controllers and one display, which is currently the largest integrated PLUS+1™ GUIDE system in the world. Some of our recent projects include integrated control systems for bulk explosive trucks, a Haz-Mat remediation truck, a vacuum truck, oil drilling rigs, concrete trucks, insecticide delivery systems, farming equipment, turf aeration equipment and even a blimp for the U.S. Military. Currently, Logical Controls has systems running in over 12 countries and 6 continents around the world including Israel, Russia, Ukraine, Turkmenistan, South Africa, Nairobi, Australia, Chile, Mexico, Canada and the United States.
